These characteristics are amplified throughout Level 5, revealing Noodah05’s versatility as an artist and a young man. Not only is he able to find his pocket on beats and a wide range of samples, but he’s able to navigate his rough circumstances in order to create a fruitful life for himself and his loved ones. On the 21st Century-sampling project opener “Do You Remember,” the Atlanta native reflects on his losses and how they didn’t break him – instead, his experiences taught him how to be a man and how to prepare himself for a successful future ahead. 

Level 5 finds Noodah05 expressing his desire to separate himself from a lifestyle he once knew, a desire expressed through his honest and personal approach to his lyrics. When he’s not delivering flex-heavy rhymes over upbeat production by his longtime collaborator Chi Chi, Noodah channels his energy into introspective anecdotes on tracks like “Ride Around” ft. Hunxho and the heartfelt ode to his mother, “Tameka” ft. Rylo Rodriguez. Even when he feels defeated, as he describes on “Ran Outta Options,” Noodah maintains his optimism and prepares himself to shift gears, declaring that “it’s time to level up.”
