Last week we sat down with Alabama rapper Jr. Boss for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview. During part 1 of our discussion, he talks about moving to Alabama from Bronx when he was 15 years old, relating to Gucci & Jeezy when he was a jack-boy, how Eldorado Red & Doe B got him interested in making music, explains what Doe B meant to Montgomery + Alabama, and then he says that he was told the industry is scared to sign Montgomery artists because they don’t protect their own.
