During our conversation he discussed life in Baltimore, the city being tough right now, why the city isn’t supportive of each other, fighting through homelessness at a very early age, dropping out of school due to getting kicked out of schools, being influenced by Nas, what it’s like being an African American male in the U.S., the police brutality in Baltimore, his visual “The Art Of Getting Rich” being inspired about being rich spiritually, his creative process includes him isolating himself, his recent project “Baltimore Trap Soul Muzik”, breaking down the meaning of this title and speaking about how music can manifest inside of you spiritually, has hopes for signing to a label, his recently released singles “Black vs. Blue”, wanting to collab with Nas, his nonprofit organization YANA which incorporates job training for the youth, giving the younger kids a positive outlet, growing up around a lot violence, his music being very sacred to him, and more!
