Last week we sat down with CashTalk, an Atlanta rapper that is showing a lot of promise in the rap game for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview. During our conversation, he talked about growing up in Carver Homes before it was torn down, getting arrested & being kicked out of school in the 9th grade, jumping off the porch into the streets when he was just 12 years old, his transition from the streets to music, taking an interest in making music by hanging out with Dae Dae, growing up listening to the Hot Boy$, taking a year off from making music when his manager passed away a week after releasing his first “City Of God” mixtape, signing to NEA (Never Eat Alone Ent), his friendship with 24Heavy, his new project “City of God 3”, talks about finding his sound & balance, being 100% focused on his music career right now, recording “I’m Still Me” in just 5 minutes, working with Alley Boy, the advice he has received from Big Bank Black, the #SoAtlantaChallenge, announces his next project “Ghetto Children” and much more!
