ONE Musicfest celebrates 12 years of live music with over fifty thousand concertgoers in attendance October 8 through October 9.

Since its inaugural showcase in 2010, ONE Musicfest has quickly become one of the go-to destinations for a weekend getaway. The two-day experience invited people from across the country to Atlanta’s Central Park for good food, great weather, and most importantly, loud music. 

On both days, fans braved crowded walkways in 60 degree weather while waiting to see performances from a medley of R&B and hip-hop acts which included Ms. Lauryn Hill, Jazmine Sullivan, Lil Baby, Sean Paul, Jeezy, The City Girls (whose set featured a surprise performance by Usher on their hit single, “Good Love.”), Rick Ross, Lupe Fiasco, Juvenile, Jagged Edge, and many more. 

From a long overdue reunion between Ashanti and Ja Rule to a timely Unc and Phew (a newly minted duo consisting of Quavo & Takeoff of the Migos) appearance, there was no shortage of wow moments throughout ONE Musicfest, leaving no box unchecked in their effort to curate a memorable experience. 

As people danced, mingled, and embraced what the South has to offer, there was never a dull moment throughout the weekend-long celebration. Part of what separates ONE Musicfest from other festivals is the commitment to community. There was a sense of fellowship that permeated the atmosphere, promoting a “village mentality” that was needed now more than ever. In other words, ONE Musicfest felt like home.
