NYC’s fourfive is moving to the forefront of a burgeoning underground scene that has been taking his city by storm which encompasses a number of sounds from drill-music to being inspired by the current SoundCloud movement and in cases like one of fourfive’s new SoundCloud exclusives “its gettin cold” where he blends these styles and floats over the instrumental with his dynamic flows. The production was supplied by the trio of Sham, fourfive’s go-to producer, as well as zetra and newrvge who came together to create an ideal backdrop for fourfive’s vocals to grace. However this is not the only release from fourfive via the SoundCloud platform, also letting his track “same damn thing” loose which could be characterized more along the lines of “rage beats” or traditional trap music. I cannot wait to hear more new music from fourfive and look forward to hearing the project he has been teasing for some time in the coming weeks and am sure that fourfive will be a household name in his city when everything is said and done.
