Orlando Florida rapper and Chameleon Ent. Associates signee, LPD Poody releases “Im The One,” a heavy new single filled with matter-of-fact threats, dismissive boasts, and the authentic street energy that’s made him one of Florida’s most exciting young stars.

Racing over ominous keys and rumbling percussion, Poody gleefully outlines his bad intentions, and finds joy in the fact that some see him as a target. “I’m the reason why the city still hot,” he raps. “I’m the reason why the other side sending shots.” It’s frenetically paced and deceptively fatalist, a track that’s weightier than its first seems.
