Sugarhill Ddot, one of the most prominent emerging artist in New York City, has signed to Priority Records. The 15-year-old drill rapper has developed a reputation for his steady stream of increasingly popular releases, becoming a viral sensation in little to no time. Now, he’s the first artist to sign to Priority since esteemed creative executive Orlando Wharton, EVP at Capitol Music Group (CMG) and President of Priority Records, came onboard to relaunch the iconic hip-hop label.

On signing with Priority, Ddot shares: “Being signed to Priority Records is a blessing. I thought being a signed artist would never be possible. I’m grateful for this opportunity.”

With co-signs from the likes of Drake and Lil Durk, Ddot is on pace to have a breakout year in 2023.
