Detroit rapper Talibando has released his anticipated mixtape, Art of War. A staple in his city’s flourishing rap scene, the new project features Veeze, Payroll Giovanni, and Trigga500k. Alongside the tape, Talibando shares a brand-new music video for “W.D.W (Who Decides War).” The song is a standout track on his latest offering and the video includes special appearances from fellow Detroiters Veeze and Babyface Ray, among others.
