A creative wordsmith with a soft-spoken Southern drawl, Tuki Carter is known for his impressive art as he’s tattooed the likes of Jeezy, Usher, Wiz, Rick Ross, and Canibus. With Hip-Hop being another hustle, Tuki also just released his official debut album Flowers and Planes, with features from Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Chevy Woods, Rome Fortune, and more.

Tuki is able to seamlessly connect his passions together and remain grounded with the community at City of Ink. “Music is played all day at City of Ink, album after album from all music playback outlets,” he explains. “It stimulates that side of the brain you need to create. Tattooing has led me to many musicians all over the world from rappers to jazz players and everything in between. So I would say a lot of my inspiration comes from my shop.”
