It’s a beautiful sight to see two of my guys get together for a song, especially when talking about two dudes in Dro Kenji and DC The Don who compliment each other’s styles so well. Today, they’re linking up for a video for “SO WHAT,” a standout banger from Kenji’s recent mixtape, LOST IN HERE, which made it to DSPs last week after originally being a Soundcloud exclusive. The song finds the two rappers trading bars over distorted, rage-friendly synths, courtesy of Internet Money. It’s a welcome change of pace for Kenji, who typically goes for a more brooding, melodic sound, and he matches DC’s high-octane energy with ease as they flex in villainous fashion in front of a red background.

Dro Kenji is now looking towards the release of his next full-length album, ANYWHERE BUT HERE, which is slated for an 8/26 release via MiraTouch/Internet Money Records/10K Projects.
