Video: King Von “Get It Done” ft. OMB Peezy

Today, in honor of his 28th birthday, King Von’s estate shares the hyperactive video for “Get It Done” ft. OMB Peezy, a highlight from his posthumous album What It Means To Be King. The video finds Von meeting up with Peezy while their opps look on. Zooming off in a maserati with stacks of cash in hand before the would-be attackers can make their move, Von and Peezy end up mobbing in a secluded area while sending out stern warnings about what happens to those who cross them. You already know they’re sending these warnings over a beat by none other than Von’s regular producer and collaborator Chopsquad DJ.

In less than three years since the start of his rap career, Von became one of the most exceptional storytellers in the game. What It Means To Be King, a worthy follow up to Von’s GOLD-certified debut Welcome To O’Block, made a massive splash when it debuted in March, reaching #2 on the Billboard 200. The album has since garnered over 565 million on-demand streams to date, including the GOLD-certified single “Don’t Play That” ft. 21 Savage. Von’s potential for stardom was more than evident and What It Means To Be King is another milestone in his legacy as a fiercely talented rapper and an inspiration to strivers in O’Block and beyond.

Happy 28th Birthday Von!
