The track’s intense production sets a melancholic tone as Meechy launches into a searing verse with the admission, “I lost two kids in two years, I’m dead up inside.” He wrestles with suicidal ideation, addiction, and darkness in between an arresting refrain. The accompanying visual utilizes Grand Theft Auto-style video game animation to depict his descent in harrowing fashion. It proves just as confessional and caustic as his words do.
