Video: Prospectt “Bluffin”

Prospectt took a break from the music scene, only to return with a banger called “Bluffin”.. a song produced by Chris Rojas. Prospectt delivers forcefully on the track per normal. The Miami native spins the message “don’t be kickin it with me and fronting on me at the same time”  or “don’t even pull up on me, if deep down you know you are coming just to fool me” – basically, he doesn’t want any women playing games.

The cinematic video was directed by The Holyhood and gives an insight on him and Prospectt’s creative vision. Shot dramatically, with scenes captivated by green neon lights, the video has a gritty city appeal, not seen from many Miami artists.

ABOUT PROSPECTT

Born Christopher Cange to Haitian Parents in Brooklyn, New York. Young Christopher was uprooted to Miami, Fl at the age of 2 years old where he was raised and later developed his love for music. At an early age he noticed he had a talent for creating melodies and rhyme patterns. Motivated by a close friend he began recording himself rapping over whatever beat, thus Prospectt emerged. With his non stop hustle mentality and a promise to never give up no matter how hard it gets or how successful he becomes, in 2016 after long hours in the studio and developing his craft Prospectt released his 1st EP The Theory that featured buzz single “A.i” which started building his following, national recognition and secured him a co-sign from fellow Miami Artist, Dj Khaled. Since then Prospectt has been on the grind. Releasing “Fortune Teller” and “Are We finished or Are We Done” which notably has had his biggest song to date “All You Got”, it caught the eyes of Fellow Miami Rapper Rick Ross who decided to show support by jumping on the Remix Thus gaining him co-signs from the two biggest hip hop acts from Miami. In 2018, he released his mixtape “The Theory 2”.

But After years of building his musical career Prospectt’s life-shifted directions. Between going through the motions in his personal life combined with being caught in the crossfire off label issues beyond his control Prospectt grew discouraged and ended up taking a step back from music to re-group personally and get his business affairs in order. Prospectt states “ I took a 2 1⁄2 year journey away from it all, social media and music not only to better myself but get closer to God and am ready to focus on what truly means the world to me which is my passion for music.
