YNW BSlime fights through the troubles that keep him up at night in his new video single “Nightmares”ft.Trippie Redd. BSlime opens the video with a dedication to the memory of his friend King Von and a call to close friends he’s lost to gun violence and family to the legal system. BSlime sits alone in his bedroom and roams the halls of an empty school, as he struggles to find a light within his pain. BSlime laments being separated from his brother YNW Melly due to his legal situation and vulnerably shares his fraying state of mind. His delivery is emotionally potent and it feels like he’s speaking directly to those who understand, or are experiencing, this pain and confusion in their lives. The 13 year old artist justly sings on the hook, “So much crazy thoughts in my brain, I’m too young to be this stressed.” 

Trippie Redd takes on the second verse on “Nightmares.” Shouting “Free Melly,” Trippie promises revenge to anyone that crosses him or his crew. It was only a matter of time until these two melodic heroes would meet on a track. “Nightmares” is the latest single to come off of YNW BSlime’s upcoming project Slime Fever.
