According to That Mexican OT, Nonsense and Mexican Shit is made to feel like “a rollercoaster ride” and its vibrant, varied tracks more than deliver. “There’s no specific message or a single vibe,” hesays. “We’re just having fun.” That energy is captured by “September 8th.” He and Curren$y celebrate smoke and drink over a low-key beat — a sonic love letter of sorts to classic ‘90s hip-hop — while the DGreenFilmz-directed video takes us to a house party and a car show, steeping the two talented MCs in the finer things in life.

That Mexican OT is the gritty alias of 23-year-old rapper Virgil René Gazca, a Texas native with his sights set on world domination. He began spitting at four years old and recorded his first album at the age of 10.
